Meet the Doctors

Dr Ali received a B.S. in Engineering in 1982 from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and M.S. in Engineering in 1989 from the University of Tennessee. In 1997 he received his D.D.S. from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Alibakhshi completed his residency in general practice at D.C. General Hospital. Since beginning practice in 1998, Dr. Alibakhshi has pursued continued training and education to expand his skills in dentistry, including courses in advanced professional implant training, neuromuscular dentistry, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Alibakhshi is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and certified in oral Conscious Sedation. 

Dr. Winnie Wong is originally from Germantown, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland College Park and received her Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. She continued her education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she pursued her interests and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After finishing dental school, she completed an advanced education general dentistry residency in Tampa, Florida which has provided her with additional training in all aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, restorative, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and emergency treatment.
With a prevention-focused philosophy, Dr. Wong strives to help her patients meet their dental goals and maintain their oral health. She is proficient in all aspects of dentistry with an interest in cosmetic dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Wong enjoys DIY home projects with her husband and spending time with her family and friends.

A native of Hagerstown, Maryland, Dr. Haq received his doctorate degree in dentistry at University of Maryland in 2017. He completed his residency at Rutgers University, specialized on oral surgery and endodontics in 2018 and begun practicing dentistry since then.

Dr Haq truly believes in the concept of conservative dentistry and treating individual uniqueness on patients. Dr Haq has pursued continued training and education and expands his skills in dentistry, including courses in advanced implant training. He is also certified Invisalign provider. Through his training in numerous aspects of dentistry Dr Haq is able to achieve aesthetic and functional success for his patients.
 
In his free time, Dr Haq enjoys fishing, spending quality time with his family, and exploring the countryside.

Dr. Shilah Alibakhshi was born and raised in Germantown, Maryland. After receiving her Bachelor’s from University of Maryland College Park she pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University College of Dentistry. She has used her passion for dentistry to provide dental treatment by volunteering and working closely with RAM, remote access medical, in areas such as Tennessee and Texas providing dental care for underprivileged individuals.

She believes that dental treatment should be provided with compassion, integrity and respect. She works with each individual patient to alleviate the ever present fears associated with dental treatment.

In her free time, Dr. Shilah enjoys writing and watching movies.
